In light of an article by Kotaku speculating the cancellation of Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada denied their claims via Twitter:

“Seems like someone’s spreading false rumors that Versus has been cancelled. Haha, I just recently came out of a regular meeting for the game. If you saw the graphical representation of the city, it’d blow you off your feet!”
